Come along and meet local artists and become a maker at MAKE HAY - June 10-12 in Hay!

What's on :


  • Threads of our Communities Exhibition
    The popular fibre art exhibition Threads of our Communities is in The Spot in Lachlan Street until 13 June.
    Come along to the exhibition opening on Friday 9 June from 6-8pm. 
    Drinks and nibbles will be served.

  • Art Out Market
    Meet the makers at the Art Out open-air market. You will be able to purchase works from makers, creators, artists.
    Saturday 10 June - 9am-2pm, Lachlan Street (near The Spot)


  • Printmaking workshop
    All participants will create their own linocut - designed, carved, hand-printed and framed by the end of the workshop.
    $100 per person - all materials provided.

  • Felting workshop with Miranda Brett
    Explore colour and texture with textile artist Miranda Brett. Suitable for beginners and above, you will make your own unique felted scarf.
